Aeron_Luminatti* Never had she been so glad to see Lillith coming toward her. Sight was al but a blur now, her hands clutched at her throat and she tried in vain to tell Lillith about the apple…but her older sister knew. Once she had taken that moment to take in wht she saw, she knew. It all passed by in a flash, she couldn’t remember Lillith flying up the stairs toward her, nor could she remember being graspsed and tugged on so roughly as Lillith literally man-handled her to dislodge that piece of apple. It was all too fast…only once she gasped in lungfuls of air and was gathered up as though she were some precious china doll and chided did she find herself once more. “It was your fault” she rasped and coughed at the same time. Still the effect of choking on the apple…her throat was now sore. However, as her normal colour returned and Lillith fussed…she wriggled and wormed as Aeron only could “I’m fine” half whispered “Really” Lillith knew where she had been too, she wasn’t very far…or was she. To some it may have been another planet. Perhaps it was that thought that made Aeron half giggle now. “Where are you going?” yes she referred to the message she had received via that all important link. The reason she had choked in the first place.
lillith_luminatti: All thoughts on her impending trip were dashed away as she held Aeron within her grasp. It seemed Julius hadn't followed her inside, and that slightly confused her. But even thoughts of him took second to her sister in obvious distress. Quite intent she was on helping Aeron to her room until the smaller woman, though not by much really, wriggled free from her grasp. Another cursory glance was given downstairs to see if indeed Julius might have followed her inside, and an inner shrug would be given when she didn't see him. Looking finally to Aeron, she would purse her lips, letting out a soft sigh as she sat herself down at the top of the stairs. Knees pulled up, elbows meeting the tops as she captured her chin in her palms. Gazing down at all she had worked so hard to build, rebuild, and keep going. " I'm off to Velusia. I've decided to build another Lumination, expand a bit. I can't just sit here on my ass any longer, I have to do something.. like I said.." She turned her mercury gaze to her sister, tilting her head a bit. " But, this will always be home. This will always be number one. I won't be gone forever, and you could always come.. if you wished.." She knew the last request would be denied, but she still had to offer. Where Aeron went and what she did was her own business. But she was still her little sister, and she'd always take care of her.
Aeron_Luminatti* Not so naïve to miss Lillith looking down the stairs for the man that had ventured back to the Lumination once again. The way she saw atop the stair and cradled her head in her hands. She did much the same. Sitting aside her older sister and mimicking the way she sat, her own head cradled in her small hands, only she leaned to the side to nudge Lillith a little “Thanks…by the way” again Lillith had saved her ass and there was no fuss to follow. “You surprised me with the message, that’s all” she admitted truthfully, though her voice was still a ragged whisper. “I’d come home to tell him..that if he shoots at my bears again I’ll break his fingers” she wasn’t all ‘get out there and kick ass’ about it though. Perhaps she had changed while she had been away from home. She only nodded as Lillith told her of the plans, and as much as the child, the selfish part of her wanted to kick and fuss and scream and demand she stay home there was the most common sense uttered from her with a small shrug “I think it’s a good idea.” –c-
Aeron_Luminatti* No she could not make Lillith stay here on the off-chance she come home to stay a while. That wouldn’t have been fair “Get us a chain of Luminations up and running across the realm, a home in every port” she winked and nudged once again in that playful teasing manner. Too close to the old sailors saying ‘A girl in every port’ for some Luminatti sisters that may have been true. But for the two sat atop the stairs this evening…the truth was something quite different. “You never know…” she had to add “I just might find my way on my travels” she grinned and Lillith would have known that she’d still not be far.
lillith_luminatti: Honestly, she was a bit surprised at the calm manner Aeron was exuding. Saying that her decision was a good idea. She couldn't help the snicker at the mention of breaking Julius' fingers. Aeron could do it to. And really it didn't matter how long Julius had been gone, he should have realized that killing -anything- living within Luminatti lands would be bad for his health in some manner. Aeron and he had never really seen eye-to-eye. It was rather amusing really. Yet her smile faded somewhat as she stared at her Sprite, dropping her hands from her chin, easing fingers through errant strands of platinum framing Aerons face. Deep love was held within her own visage now, her heart swelling as those last words fled her siblings lips. tucking silken threds of hair behind Aerons ear. " That would be so nice. I mean, I'll have to have Gardens. You know I can't possibly mimic your gifts with my own hand. Shit will die, grass will be all brown and ugly, gawd think of the trees. And yes.. you can damn well place money on it. I'll have Luminations everywhere. I'll be famous some day.." A soft wink she gave to Aeron, returning the soft shoulder nudge as she dipped her head and smiled. She so enjoyed these times. Longed for them. It was one reason she was doing what she was. If her other sisters wouldn't come here, maybe building somewhere new would bring them out of the woodwork.
Aeron_Luminatti* Ah, she let Lillith have her moment. Fussing with her hair and taking in the sight of her. It had been a while after all. Perhaps too long…but if Lillith could share in all she had within the Fae places, she’d not have wanted to come back too often either. The games, the laughter and the dances were more than even she could stand at times...and yet it tore her apart every time she had to leave. “Don’t you worry, if the place bears our name the gardens will be to die for” oh yes, there was no other than herself she’d have to see the gardens were as they should be, there was no other that could coax the flowers to bloom as well as she could. “Sorry I left it so long Lil” said very quietly, the guilt…oh she did miss Lillith but when she got caught up, everything else was forgotten for he while. “I’ll miss you when you go” it was the truth. Knowing Lillith was always here to come home to made her feel safe. Without Lillith here…she doubted she’d stray back very much. Adonis and Apollo were more than capable of running the place, they knew how it worked. She was no good here. Only save to provide the real deal, the face and presence of a very real Luminatti.
lillith_luminatti: She would sigh again, wrapping her arms tight around her sister, laying her head atop Aerons. " I'll miss you to. But never be sorry for being away. You're grown up now, and nothing can stop that. You're not a child anymore, and I'm sure where you go.. is beautiful.." She remained hugging Aeron for several long moments before leaning back again, wanting to ask so much. But she didn't. Aeron was Sprite, and how could Lillith possibly understand? She knew that. She would let Aeron be herself, just like Aeron did with her. That's the way sisters were, especially Luminatti. The bond was that strong. Letting out a deep breath she pulled herself to stand, glancing again downstairs. Where was that bastard. Oh well, she'd leave without him if she had to. Plans were already in motion.. Looking to Aeron she would smile wide. " I'll be leaving as soon as I'm packed. Building has already started, and I have to get there soon so nothing gets messed up. can't leave the plans to amatuers.." Reaching down to grasp Aerons hands, she would gently pull her to her feet, leaning in to place a kiss upon her brow. " I need to ask you something though. Give me a lock of your hair. I'll need the scent of peaches while I'm away to keep me centered. I'll be taking a branch of cherry tree with me as well.. things to remind me of home."
Aeron_Luminatti* It always felt so good to spend even a few quality moments with Lillith. It never mattered how long she had been away, when she came home…it was as though she had never been gone at all. Life carried on as normal and she loved Lillith all that much more for it. However, all she could do was stare at Lillith as she said she was leaving as soon as she had packed. She’d not realised she was going so soon, she even went so far as to swallow hard as she was pulled to her feet, wincing slightly and rubbing her still sore throat from the action. Nodding somewhat stunned but smiling through it, a very real grin “Of course you can have the hair...but there’s no need and certainly no need to take half a tree wit you” she could just imagine Lillith hugging half a tree and sniffing in the scent of cherries to remember Cleo and she had to laugh. She dashed off to her room then to gather up her own little reminders. They were nothing to give to Lillith at all, in fact she would be happy to. The very small but perfect plants were gathered up and spoken to “Now you look after Lillith, she’ll need you, tell her what you need and it will be yours” –c-
Aeron_Luminatti* She was almost blushing as she ventured back to Lillith from her room. All Lillith would see was a bush…carried by Aeron herself, only…they were specially grown miniature roses. They were so perfect and their scents could have been mistaken for the sisters in person. Even as she approached Lillith a very young rose bud seemed to find a life…a need to bloom that much more, to make Aeron proud as very pale peach petals opened to enhance that scent Lillith had said she’d miss so much. Maybe the roses were the reason Peaches and Cherries still lingered in the Lumination. It was perhaps a shame Lillith didn’t know. “I’ll find the new place and plant more cherry trees, maybe even another orchard and a grove full of peaches” she peered between the thorn-less leaves and miniature branches and grinned. “You can take these…not half trees” simple, but practical. Small enough to keep in Lillith’s room so she could find her own sanctuary with her sisters in peace. “Low maintenance. They will let you know what they want and when they want it.” Yes…even she trusted Lillith with these beauties. Not even she could go wrong.
lillith_luminatti: Oh and she had to laugh, watching Aeron return from her room carrying the bush, peering out with those crystal blues through the branches. Her smile showed the awe she felt for the gift Aeron had. So delicate, so beautiful, oh but very strong this plant was, she could tell. Just like her Sprite. Gratefully she took the plant, her smile never fading, even as she buried her face within the buds seeping with wondrous smells. " Mmmm, you are a wonder darlin'. It's perfect. Adonis! Take this and put it in the wagon. Everything else major that I'll need is already packed there, so send it on it's way. I'll be following on Julius.." A quick look to Aeron, pursing her lips. " My horse, not Julius.. I mean.. well, you know.." she would cough, and an actual blush would creep across her lovely cheeks. But she would pause before grasping Aerons hand and tugging her into her own bedroom. Rather vacant looking now. From the bed she would grasp a wicked looking knife layed out amongst her arsenal of weapons she would be taking. The knife was brought to her own hair, and she would waste no time cutting off a lock of shimmering quicksilver, handing it over to Aeron with a slight grin. " Here. Though I know you have other things of mine, don't think I haven't noticed. I'm not stupid. But here's something more, it'll have my smell, since I don't do plants.." Her lip would be gathered in her teeth, chewing on it a bit, before turning and beginning to places her guns, her knives, all the small things that she would need that would fit in her saddlebags. -c-
lillith_luminatti: " I promise to keep in touch, I'll send word on the Link when I arrive in Velusia. I'll save all the gardening for you. Just don't stay away too long.. people won't want to come to a place with dead grass and trees.." A soft cough again as she choked back the tears. It wasn't like this was goodbye forever for fuck sake. " I have to go Aeron, while it's still light. You know how traveling at night in Ayenee is.."
Aeron_Luminatti* Her gift was made all that much better for giving as Lillith actually laughed. It was passed to Adonis to go with Lillith to Velusia. Aeron would not forget. The gardens would be a place Lillith would be able to boast about once the building was finished. Nodding softly as she was told she’d receive word on the link. The whole Julius thing was met with another nod and a roll of her eyes. It was a sight she’d not forget in a hurry. To see Lillith blush the way she had brought a very broad grin…oh she’d tease with that one soon enough. Tugged into Lillith’s room all too hastily…it was almost heartbreaking to know Lil was leaving immediately, she had thought she’d have at least a few days. Still, it was best to strike while the iron was hot. She watched Lillith carefully and wondered about the knives…but soon enough she was taking that lilac scented hair and breathing its scent in so deeply. She refused to let the tell tale sign of those tears spoil Lillith’s parting moments. –c-
Aeron_Luminatti* Before Lillith could take the knife and re-pack it, it was snatched up and as Lillith had asked…thre was a lock of hair carved from her own head and handed back “For luck” far more meaning to those two words from the Fae. It was a piece of herself given freely, a trinket of luck it was bound to be. It was the Fae way. Her own cheeks flushed with guild though as Lillith told her that she knew about the stolen trinkets. She could have tried to feign innocence but there was little point, she was not a thief…just…Fae. “Don’t start!” she warned as Lillith tugged her lower lip between her teeth. No chance given to leave without a very tight hug, she threw herself at Lillith and clung to her sister for all she was worth. “As soon as you get there. And no shooting on the first day ok?” she was chuckling…holding up really well, and she was doing it for Lillith. “They will keep you safe as you go Lil…Go before twilight” she whispered her last and finally let go. It wasn’t forever, just a little while.
Lillith_Luminatti: She accepted the hair, tucking it away into a pocket, not being able to help the grin as Aeron mentioned not starting, and not shooting. At least one she could hold to. She would stare at Aeron, taking in the sight before her, etching it to memory. Finally, she would gather her saddlebags, tossing them over a shoulder, and reach out to gather Aeron into a fierce hug. " Be safe my Sprite, know I'll miss you, and do me a favor. Keep an eye on Adonis for me.." With that, she stalked out the door, and down the stairs. There was no point in lingering. She'd be back that was for damn sure. Aeron would hear the opening of the door downstairs, the whinny of Julius as Lillith mounted. Soon enough his hoofbeats would fade into the distance, and Lillith was off. Julius would follow
