Oh yes, she was sleeping, beautiful, trecherous Aeron was sleeping. The slow invasion of those shaping fragments of what some would describe of the overloading way the subconscious delt with the abundant memories that it consumes during the waking moments, did the Fae begin to slowly materialize in those shifting patterns, prismatic wings of ember autumn, the trailing trace of those fiery red strands of silken hair, those intense eyes staring back, and the voice which could be heard like thunder, yet soft calling back across the barrier..." Wake up Aeron...oh its not time for napping, its time to bring back the Gem," he said, as his image draws closer with each word, each falling from his elegant tongue, like the magnificiant waterfalls of his court. " You promised, now fulfill, or they will suffer for your actions."

Sleep had been restless. The dreams that disturbed her were not those she would have liked to have dreamed. The shore was cold and empty, dark and dismal. The small waves that trickled up the beach were tainted with a scummy foam that seemed to leave a distinct feeling of death. Even the small pools where life usually thrived were barren and empty. The trees that edged the beach were dead, the bark bleached white and the remainder of the branches were nothing more than twigs, as dry as bone just waiting for the next wind to come and snap them away like useless fingers.
Aeron felt so alone…and for the most part she really was. There was nothing anybody could do to help her plight. Not even Lillith this time could help her with her ‘promise’ to Noa and the rest of the family in the Homelands. The voice cut through her dream like a knife…”I’m not sleeping” said upon a pout. She didn’t want to look, she didn’t want to see his angry face and the way he stalked toward her, her imagination could do that quite well enough.
“I know I promised and I will fulfill. You know I will” Never had she felt so small. Sat upon that dead shore, pulling her knees into her chest, hugging them to her and gently rocking backward and forward. ‘They will suffer for your actions’ – those words seemed to linger and she closed her eyes. Not if she could help it they wouldn’t. Again the world lay upon her shoulder. No one could understand what she had done and there was nothing she could say.

But it wasn't going to be so simple, not for her, not after what she had so heniously done to break his fragile trust of her, which would have to be rebuilt in time. " But I am tired of waiting, Aeron," he said as the gorgeous male sprite came waltzing around the dead shore, his feet hovering centimeters above the sand, his almost see through red skirt swaying with his every gesture, sliding around to stand before her. Reaching out, he would make the notion of lifting her head so that he could look dead into her eyes.
" I know you want to bring it back as soon as possible...or I'll turn your slumbering mind into a place that is ripe with terror only a sprite can achieve...or I can make it as sensual as a mid-summer's dream. Its your choice, my precious," he said, his lips turning up into a beautiful charming display of a smile, as he floated backwards and twirled around in a marvelous circle. " You have three days, is that clear?"

Lips were pursed shut for the moment. He was tired of waiting, she was tired of feeling the way she did. So small and wretched. How she would have loved to have curled into Elg’s arms right now to seek and find the protections she longed for. Even a little warmth. It was something she’d not find. Her own little cabin lay cold and deserted…hence the reason she slept within the Lumination. Something more familiar came to her dream, the shifting tide smeared into a coarse rolling sea of green, the canvas was nothing more than a ruined oil painting, the colours blending and dripping into one as though thinners had been splashed over a masterpiece. The contents of her room becoming clearer as she clung to the small shreds of comfort she knew would always be there. Her open window, the clean sheets, the small trinkets upon her dresser, the scent of her sisters all around her. A deep breath was taken as she looked upon Noa. Such a myriad of emotions found within those pools of crystal blue though she was determined not to cry. Rising to her feet as she threatened her. “I know what I did was wrong Noa but don’t threaten me. I will fight you every step of the way” there was a little fight left in her yet and a trembling finger would point his way…till the bottom dropped from her world. Three days?
“Three days!?” he was joking wasn’t he? How the hell was she supposed to find that stone and return it within that time-frame. However, it was as clear as crystal. Three days/ It was impossible and unreasonable “Now that’s just unreasonable” she voiced her thought then turned away from the Fae she had to answer to. Chewing the inside of her lower lip, dropping to sit on the end of her bed before her legs gave way. She realized then that the shit was possibly about to hit the fan and there was nothing anyone could do.

There would be terms indeed if she were to fail in achieving the desired task..." Three days, Aeron...if you agree to hese terms, and should you fail...you will belong to me ~ forever ~." A twitch of pleasure crept over him as he spoke that final word, twisting it out of human proportions, his tongue giving way to the Fae language, where it echoed around the weaving patterns of her dream. " You'll be all mine mine ~MINE~," he sang in a sing sung voice that rippled with command, presence of sound drifting, filtering through surreal waves of rolling conviction.
Turning back now towards her outbreaking cry of being unreasonable, " I think I have been very reasonable...don't you? Any other Fae would have banished you outright without a second thought, but no I take pity on you because without your fix of the Homeland you would wither and rot away inside that miserable human flesh!" Now his temper was flaring high, his eyes grew wide with anger, his pupils seemed to burn with fire. With his own outbreak, he seemed to grow larger, perhaps an illusion, as the dream rattled around him as if to try and contain his explosive outburst of power. " Three days," his lips were only a mere tiny gap from her ear, warm breath of jasmine and sandalwood pushed against her flesh, and then he slipped away...back to his court.
Once there, in his own realm once more he called for his puppets..." Make sure she fails and have my spies steal it from her, and bring the Gem back to me...if they are caught they must not be linked back to this court," he said and dismissed his closest servant to attend to this business at hand.
