Aeron Luminatti: It was only human to cause error, to learn from mistakes made in the heat of the moment. They all knew she was impulsive, selfless in her acts…especially when it came to family and she had two of those. The love of her sisters and her love for the Fae before her. So little time for regrets, or perhaps there was so much as the touch of banality was already upon her. Her grip was failing but this suggestion of rest had her frown and shake her head "I cant rest Noa, there's not enough time. I wanted to do so much, say so much more and now its too late" what had she done! "I should have done so many things differently" and she really believed that. "I should have stayed here. I should have taken that place at your side" her words trailed away as she spoke her last. "Now I know how cold it must have felt" His touch soothing upon her palms brought again that half smile but this time she could not meet his gaze. Merely watching his fingers ease and soothe away the lingering burn. The want to run home to Lillith was overwhelming and she would have begged on her hands and knees for him to let her go. She could see herself sobbing at his feet if only he's allow her that time. Running was what Aeron did best. To kick up her heels and ride upon the wings of the wind…whenever Aeron felt as though she couldn't handle something this is what she did. She ran. Always returning once she had things straight in her mind. The reason she was so torn between worlds. The want to stay, the want to go. It would be so easy to have her judgment repair the tear in her life but that wasn't what she wanted. Far from it. Aeron was at her best when she could laugh and be with the other Fae. The children adored her, how could she bring more back to them if…she didn't want to think about the 'if' any more. Merely shaking her head and sinking back into the luxury of the pillows. Rest and sleep would have been a gift but there was still so much to do and so little time.
Noa Amar Sin: For the moment he put aside the previous notions he had in the past, all the different plots and plans he had conjured to have her at his side as her birthright had declared. All of that was for nothing, he cared only now that she would once again find some means to keep hold of her Fae self, and not allow her dreaming side to fade away from existence, that lone was fear enough that kept him rooted within his own tiny seat of Banality. " You must rest," he replied, placing his hand flat against her forehead, where he held it there for a moment or two, and allowed a gentle flow to be released in a tiny wave from his fingertips that encompassed his whole hand and would eventually seep into her mind. " There is plenty of time, all the time in the world." As he spoke, with each word it would seem that they were slowly stretching, expanding for miles upon miles to see and feel in either direction, the slow trickle of a thought composed theory, a subliminal idea, thought buried within each word he softly spoke in that calm sing sung voice. He had given his word that she would not run, he was bound by his Oath, his own tongue..." Sleep my beautiful, Aeron, sleep and dream of those you love," he continued, drawing upon ethereal forces, drowning out her sorrow and fears with a weaving tale of Knights and Dragons, far away castles and maidens in distressed rescued by the Knight in Shining Armor. " Rest and regain your strength, if we are to have a chance of succeeding ( escaping is what he actually said, but to her it was succeeding.). "As he continued to sing, his voice would call out with the Fae tongue, luring her into that realm of slumbering sleep and waking dreams, sliding his hand slowly down from where it had found its previous purchase, to slip down, barely touching her skin, passing it over her eyes, allowing the lids to grow heavy with suggestion, that they should fall and drown her away in sheltering and secure darkness. " ~ Sleep my beautiful Kithian...~" The compulsion thoughts from his mind were strong, especially n taking advantage of her weakened condition, she may come to stand not a chance against such subtle devices, though he could not plan his attack, unless he knew she was resting peacefully. He had people to meet with, and to bribe, for if he could sway the Jury in his favor.
Aeron Luminatti: There was no way she could fight him. Even as his touch came to rest upon her brow and those soothing words lulled her to another place, another time. The misting pools reflected the clouds and as the winds took them the images of castles and keeps, a gift given with the best feeling in the world. Affection. A gift she sorely needed and Noa was the closest to her…she'd not have let another soul close save either Lillith or Evita. Despite feeling so lost, alone and cold she could not resist the dreaming. To give herself unto banality would mean nothing but death for the Fae. She could not live with only half a soul. She would not live with only half her soul intact, her grief could consume her just as rest did now. The all consuming peace Noa gave her came with a shudder of a sigh. Crystal blue pools, liquid with the tears she could have so easily cried in her sleep were closed and they remained as such, even as his gentle, tender touch trailed past her lids. His words stretched into the distance…and it became easier to let them go rather than cling to the sound of his voice…though as she settled, as her breathing became something so much deeper there was no stopping the single tear to escape and leave a chilling trail upon the side of her face. The spreading stain upon the silk as it hit the pillow she laid upon. - The songs and laughter soon replaced the silence and light repelled the dark in her mind. The gentle tones of the Fae took her away to a time even she could not remember, but there were welcoming smiles and open arms, taking her away to find that peace.
